1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the WISPGate website, hosted platform, APIs, messaging channels, integrations, and related services by customers, users, contractors, and any downstream parties using the services through a customer account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Illegal Activity

  • Any use that violates applicable law, regulation, order, permit condition, license requirement, or binding industry obligation.
  • Use connected to fraud, theft, unlawful interception, identity manipulation, payment abuse, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized surveillance.

2.2 Network and Telecom Abuse

  • Spam, robocalling abuse, phishing, malware distribution, botnet activity, DDoS activity, brute-force activity, credential stuffing, or traffic flooding.
  • Bypass of billing, quota, shaping, access enforcement, or lawful service state controls.
  • Illegal VoIP termination, SIM abuse, route masking, CLI spoofing, or operation without required licenses or authorizations.

2.3 Platform Abuse

  • Reverse engineering, exploit attempts, scanning without authorization, privilege escalation, scraping beyond permitted scope, rate-limit evasion, malicious automation, or security circumvention.
  • Use of unsupported or deceptive methods to manipulate subscription metrics, license counts, or usage limits.

2.4 Content and IP Abuse

  • Hosting, transmitting, or facilitating infringing, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, unlawful, or deceptive content in violation of law.

3. Provider Enforcement Rights

WISPGate may investigate, throttle, isolate, block, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence, disable integrations, remove content, or report activity to third parties or authorities where it reasonably suspects breach, abuse, or risk. WISPGate has no obligation to provide prior notice before taking protective action.

4. Customer Responsibility for Downstream Parties

Customers are strictly responsible for all use occurring under their accounts, including by employees, contractors, agents, resellers, subsidiaries, and end subscribers where the customer’s configuration, permissions, or environment enables such use.

5. No Monitoring Obligation

WISPGate may monitor, but is not obligated to monitor, customer conduct or downstream content. Failure to detect or act on an incident does not waive any right later.

6. No Liability

WISPGate is not liable for losses resulting from enforcement action taken in good faith under this policy, including suspension, blocking, or termination.

7. Indemnity

Customer will indemnify WISPGate against claims, penalties, and costs arising from prohibited conduct, misuse, unlawful traffic, consumer disputes, messaging abuse, or telecom non-compliance linked to the customer’s use.
