SaaS Subscription Agreement This SaaS Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the applicable WISPGate contracting entity identified in the order form (“Provider”) and the customer identified in the order form (“Customer”). Service Level Agreement This Service Level Agreement applies to hosted production environments under an active paid subscription and only to the extent expressly referenced in a signed order form. Network Liability Disclaimer WISPGate provides software, automation, and related technical services. It does not provide internet carriage, backhaul, tower operations, radio access services, spectrum rights, lawful interception services, payment settlement, or regulated telecom operator functions.

Terms & Conditions By accessing or using any WISPGate property or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Agreement where applicable, Service Level Agreement where applicable, and any applicable order form or subscription document. Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy explains how WISPGate collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with its website, legal pages, support channels, customer environments, hosted platform, and related business operations. Cookie Policy Cookies are small text files and similar technologies stored on a device to recognize sessions, remember preferences, improve security, analyze traffic, and support functionality. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the WISPGate website, hosted platform, APIs, messaging channels, integrations, and related services by customers, users, contractors, and any downstream parties using the services through a customer account. Responsible Disclosure WISPGate welcomes responsible, good-faith disclosure of security vulnerabilities that affect systems under WISPGate’s control. Copyright / DMCA Policy WISPGate respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.

Compliance & Data

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the agreement between the customer as controller or business and WISPGate as processor or service provider where WISPGate processes personal data on behalf of the customer through the services. Data Retention Policy This Data Retention Policy defines the baseline operational handling of platform data, customer-account data, logs, backups, and post-termination data states. Security Policy This Security Policy describes baseline security principles applied to the WISPGate service environment. It is intended to communicate security posture at a high level without exposing sensitive implementation details.
