WISPGate provides software, automation, and related technical services. It does not provide internet carriage, backhaul, tower operations, radio access services, spectrum rights, lawful interception services, payment settlement, or regulated telecom operator functions unless expressly stated in a signed separate contract.
WISPGate does not guarantee subscriber connectivity, throughput, latency, QoS, coverage, route stability, RF health, device health, or network continuity. Those outcomes depend on customer infrastructure, third-party providers, physical conditions, licensing, and operational choices outside WISPGate control.
WISPGate may automate invoicing, service states, reminders, collections logic, throttling workflows, suspension workflows, or integration-triggered actions. Customer remains solely responsible for configuration approval, business-policy selection, tax decisions, legal sufficiency of notices, and review of downstream consequences before applying such automation in production.
If customer data, balances, service states, taxes, subscriber mappings, or device associations are inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, stale, or inconsistent, automation may produce incorrect downstream outcomes. WISPGate is not liable for operational impact caused by defective source data or customer-approved configuration.
Customer remains solely responsible for all telecom, consumer-protection, privacy, retention, interception, tax, financial, and licensing obligations applicable to its business and subscribers.
WISPGate is not liable for failures, restrictions, or changes caused by ISPs, upstream carriers, cloud providers, payment processors, equipment vendors, API providers, DNS providers, regulators, or other external dependencies.
WISPGate is not liable for subscriber churn, subscriber complaints, lost collections, network degradation, outage costs, SLA penalties owed by customer to its own subscribers, lost reputation, or operational losses arising from customer use of the platform, except as expressly required by a signed contract and subject to the liability cap therein.
